Is there a free way to watch the NCAA tournament on an iPad? [Ask The Commenters Roundup]

Is there a free way to watch the NCAA tournament on an iPad? Anyone know of any good free sites that will help with studying/practicing EMT skills? I am considering getting a smart phone, but not sure I really want an iPhone. I'm on the Sprint network; any recommendations for smartphones? Does anyone know of an app for iOS that will allow you to scan your groceries as you put them in your cart, so week to week you can have a good idea of what you're buying, to track your food? Does anyone have recommendations for custom ROMs for my rooted Droid? My sound card is not recognizing my headphones, but they work with every other device just fine. Any ideas? Is there a way that I can use something like expose to switch between windows that aren't necessarily visible such as minimized windows? Where does one get information on where to pick up good investment artwork that we can decorate our house with? Does anyone have firsthand experience with a good program that will copy my C: so if it crashes I can be back up and running quickly? (and update the copy) Does anyone has a good solution to backing up TimeMachine images off-site or a similar setup to keep 2 computers backed up both on and off-site in an iterative fashion?
