You can lock full drive of your computer in which you have your data
Just follow these steps to lock your DRIVE . .
STEP 1 - Open "MY COMPUTER" or press "WINDOW+E"..

Just follow these steps to lock your DRIVE . .
STEP 1 - Open "MY COMPUTER" or press "WINDOW+E"..
STEP 2 - Right click on any DRIVE to which you want to lock and click on this option "TURN ON BITLOCKER" as shown in figure. .
A window will appear as shown in figure,
Just check "USE A PASSWORD TO UNLOCK THIS DRIVE"
Put your PASSWORD & click on NEXT
STEP 3 - SAVE THE RECOVERY KEY and you have done,
your drive is now locked. .
No one can open your drive without password
